Research work at the Scientific and Technical Center
On February 27, 2020, at 8.30 in the room 602 V-building, the students of the 2nd course group 202, 5430500 - Agriculture and Water Supply Education faculty hold lecture on the theme "Research work in the Scientific and Technical Center”. The problematic lecture presented by the Deputy Director for Scientific Research of "Uzbekenergo" JSC, "Scientific and Technical Center" Doctor of Science, professor O.Ishnazarov. O. Ishnazar informed the students about the main tasks and current activities of the scientific and technical center of JSC "Uzbekenergo".
Carrying out of development and applied scientific researches directed on solution of urgent scientific and technological problems of electric power industry development;
- to prove, test and implement promising local developments in the field of electric power, as well as advanced foreign technologies and equipment.
- development of a strategy for sustainable development of electric energy in the country and on this basis preparation of drafts of medium-and long-term modernization and development programs through the accelerated expansion of use of electric energy, including renewable energy sources;
- deep study of the state of energy efficiency and reduction of energy consumption in the economy through the reduction of consumer losses, improvement of the technology of transmission and distribution of electricity and development of new proposals.
There are 5 research laboratories in the center, and each laboratory is focused on the role of energy in Uzbekistan and its solutions.
